We offer 2 methods to pay for your order that are simple and direct.

The first option is using your Credit Card to pay online. Just choose the credit card option. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The computer does the credit card charges automatically. We are not given a reason when a charge declines. Only that it is declined. Verify you have given us the correct numbers and expiration date. If so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.

3. General Ordering Information

3.1  Your Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart page shows you all of the items you've collected during any particular shopping session. You can go to this page whenever you wish to review the items you are preparing to purchase, whether it's one item or ten items. The Shopping Cart will show you the item(s) you've placed in the cart, as well as its name, price and quantity. From the Shopping Cart you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing) by clicking the button that reads "update".

Your Shopping Cart also includes a Exchange Calculator.  Using this useful tool, you will be able to preview the costs of your purchase in your own local currency – note your credit card will always be charged in USD. Shipping charges will be added once you have entered your shipping address and shipping options for your order.

For the convenience of our shoppers, we will hold the items in your Shopping Cart for as long as you want, provided that your browser has cookies enabled. Please remember that because of high demand and buying runs or stock irregularities, stocks can run out any time. Hence, we recommend purchasing items as soon as possible to avoid missing out on any product of interest.


3.2   Adding an Item to Your Shopping Cart

Simply go to a product's information page and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken through the order process to the Shopping Cart page where you'll see the item you just added.

3.3   Deleting an Item From Your Shopping Cart

Click the "Delete Item" icon at the bottom of the order on the Shopping Cart page.


3.4   Changing Quantities on Any Item Added to Shopping Cart

Change the number in the quantity box and click the "Update Button" at bottom.


3.5  Verifying Exact Shipping Costs to Your Delivery Address

In order to provide you with accurate shipping cost on your purchase, we need to know the precise location of where we are shipping the goods.  The way to do that is to register your details with us. It takes about a minute and you will never have to do it again.  With the user ID and password created by you, you will be able to track you Specfactory.co.za account in the future by simply logging into our site.  For returning customers, please click on "LOG IN" to access your account.  Once logged in, you will be able to view your orders as well as make changes to your account.


3.6   Purchasing the Items in Your Shopping Cart

Simply click the "Checkout" button and follow the checkout instructions (order steps).


3 .7   The Check Out Process

Specfactory.co.za requires that all customers to create an account in order to complete a purchase.  We assure you that your information will be kept private and secure. For more info, please read our privacy policy.

3.8  New Customers

New customers will be asked to enter their details like, email address, first name, last name and preferred password etc in order to create a Specfactory.co.za account once they have goods in their shopping cart. Upon successful registration and entry of the shipping and billing information, you will be directed to the checkout process containing the shipping information. Follow the instructions from this point on, and then review your order before confirming it.

3.9   Returning Customers

Ahhh, what a breeze! Returning customers have it easy accessing their Specfactory.co.za account.  Just click on "LOG IN" button and enter your user ID and password to be directed quickly to the checkout index page where your shipping and billing information has been pre-filled for you (if you have updated your express checkout information).  If you have forgotten your password or user ID, there will be a link on the Login Page that will assist you in recovering your USER ID or PASSWORD.

3 .10   Payment

During Checkout, you will be able to select which method of payment you would like to use.  Either a) Credit Card or b) PayPal. You will receive all the necessary details and instructions to complete your order during the checkout process.

3.11   About Your Sales Receipt

Our top priority is to, pick and pack and complete your order as quickly as possible, so your package will NOT include a sales receipt. Specfactory.co.za will email their sales receipts within 24 hours after your order has been processed.  If you do not get your sales receipt, please contact us to request a copy.
